Zeppelin should use the library commons-configuration2, because new
[development and
releases|https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-configuration/changes-report.html]
happens at this library.
We get an additional feature enabled with commons-configuration2. Apache shiro
is able to load configuration values via [String
interpolation|https://github.com/apache/shiro/commit/af75fb584ef6981c3c5263d00a396ec5f900716c].
