No Helium packages are shown. The configuration parameter
{{zeppelin.helium.registry}} as referred to under
[https://zeppelin.apache.org/docs/0.9.0-SNAPSHOT/development/helium/overview.html]
is not in the zeppelin-site.xml.template. Is this feature yet to be
implemented and accordingly, not yet available - or is this potentially a bug?
