Although the call to cancel flink job is failed, but actually the flink job is 
failed.

And flink interpreter could not detect, and would report reporting that 
{code:java}

Unable to get job progress for paragraph: paragraph_1586733868269_783581378, 
because no job is associated with this paragraph {code}
