This is in 0.9.0-preview2
Clone and export are disabled for view-only pages. This is unexpected. It makes
tutorials a lot less useful, because the user can't copy them and play with
them. The backend will do the clone, so it's just a matter of changing the
ng-hide property is the HTML page. Incidentally, if this is intended as a
security matter, doing security by removing buttons but still allowing it in
the back end is insufficient. But I can't image why this would be a security
problem.
