Goals:
- remove sun.misc.* from RemoteInterpreterServer, because they are not part of
the public Java API
- Remove special signal handling in
[K8s|https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/blob/bbf94fb006307eed89b62727c14f67d54e7ee0e1/k8s/interpreter/100-interpreter-spec.yaml#L46-L51]
- Unregister Zeppelin-Interpreter during shutdown
