GitHub Action conda-incubator/setup-miniconda@v2 not allowed

Hi Zeppelin Developers,

It seems that the GitHub action conda-incubator/setup-miniconda@v2 is 
not allowed for Apache projects. See: 
https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/actions/runs/460587689

Error message:
> conda-incubator/setup-miniconda@v2 is not allowed to be used in 
apache/zeppelin. Actions in this workflow must be: created by GitHub, 
verified in the GitHub Marketplace, within a repository owned by apache 
or match the following: apache/*, dawidd6/action-download-artifact@*, 
gradle/wrapper-validation-action, gradle/wrapper-validation-action@*, 
peter-evans/create-pull-request@*, scacap/action-surefire-report@*, 
shivammathur/setup-php@*.

Can someone fix this in the repository settings or forward this problem 
to someone who is able to fix this. I found a Github community thread 
that describes and solves almost the same problem.
