In version 0.9.0, users who are Readers and Runners of a Notebook can only run
the whole notebook and not select the paragraph they wish to run. Readers can
only enter a Notebook into the Report view but cannot go into the Default view
without Writer permissions.
In version 0.8.1, readers were able to select each paragraph rather than having
the run the whole Notebook, ie they were able to view each Notebook using
Default mode but they just couldn't edit the Notebooks.
