When configuring additional repositories via interpreterRepositories in
interpreter settings, the RemoteRepository has null protocol (as it doesn't go
through the Builder which resolves protocol from repository url).
Note that when adding a repository from interpreter settings UI, repository is
valid, however upon restarting zeppelin, it will not be loaded properly.
