Trying to build current master (0.11.0-SNAPSHOT) due to old version of
Protobuf/Protoc that does not have a binary for linux-aarch64 architecture.

have it!
There are newer versions of both protoc (3.18.0) and grpc (1.41.0) but I didn't
wanted to jump so far. Please let me know if you want me to test with the
latest versions and update the PR!
