hmmm, looks like some problem between the branch I used for generating the
patch (which was obliterated with the recent github import) and the new
gh-pages branch that's replaced it. I've regenerated the patch and verified it
applies. Jekyll isn't working for me (it rarely does... grumble grumble ruby),
so I wasn't able to verify the output.
