bin/common.sh tries to find and set ZEPPELIN_CONF_DIR in order to read 
zeppelin-env.sh, but ZEPPELIN_CONF_DIR is defined in zeppelin-env.sh, so we 
cannot use different ZEPPELIN_CONF_DIR.
