Zeppelin is going to keep add interpreter implementation, the backend
integration.
One problem is, if user upgrades his installation, newly added interpreter is
not notified to user. So as a user, it's difficult to catch that he need add
setting for newly added interpreter to use in his notebook.
So i think either there should be some notification of newly added interpreter,
or automatic setting creation for them.
