[Apache Flink|http://flink.apache.org] is a distributed data analysis system
for batch and real-time stream processing.
Flink provides flexible and expressive APIs in Java and Scala and libaries for
graph analysis and machine learning.
By adding an interpreter for Flink programs, Apache Flink could be used as an
execution backend for Zeppelin.
It might make sense to implement four (similar but different) separate
Interpreter for each combination of Streaming/Batch and Java/Scala.
