[ZEPPELIN-41] Missing HiveInterpreter configuration at Configuration.java
This PR enables to create hive interpreter by default without
conf/zeppelin-site.xml
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/minahlee/incubator-zeppelin add/hive_conf
