The 'Publish' feature in 0.5-SNAPSHOT doesn't work as illustrated:

namely it will hide the interactive form set through z.input("name")/${name}
etc.
This patch is submitted to display it again. (Not sure if its the best option,
maybe we should use 2 different url parameters to determine if it should be
displayed?)
