Hi, folks, I'd like to start a discussion for 0.5.0 release. Overall release process is tracked by https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-51.
Here i have some topics need to be discussed. 1. We have 8 open issues for 0.5.0 Link to open issues - https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-133?jql=project%20%3D%20ZEPPELIN%20AND%20fixVersion%20%3D%200.5.0%20and%20status%3Dopen We can either wait for all issues being resolved or we can selectively move them to next version 0.5.1/0.6.0 for quicker release. What would be better? 2. Release artifacts I have created snapshot artifacts, Here's link to snapshot artifacts - http://people.apache.org/~moon/zeppelin/builds/ Here's link to maven snapshot artifact - https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/zeppelin/ Please check if they're created correctly. One question is, about pre-built binary, which combination of spark/hadoop version should be provided? 3. Is there any other thing need to be taken care? Thanks, moon
