Apache Flink has released version 0.9.0 recently. That version includes a Scala
ILoop which can be used by Zeppelin. Right now this functionality is duplicated
in Zeppelin's Flink interpreter.
By bumping the Flink version to 0.9.0, Zeppelin would support the most recent
version of Flink and could remove some code by reusing Flink's features.
