Hi Alexander, Thank you for the pointing me to the github's contributors page. The https://zeppelin.incubator.apache.org/docs/development/howtocontribute.html page that i read looks almost the same but it is missing the first paragraf explaning the commiter workflow. It also misses the codestyle references. Perhaps you can sync both documents or make the web page link point to the github page instead.
Regarding the PSQL interpreter [ZEPPELIN-70 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-70>], the PR is coming very soon.
