ZEPPELIN-196 and ZEPPELIN-141 would enable the basic ACE sql keywords
completion to the PostgreSQL interpreter.
The provide psql specific keywords, database, table and column names as
completion suggestion and dedicated remote PostgreSQL completer is required.
