Allow the user to select a default interpreter for a group, through the
interpreter setting.
When the user runs a paragraph without specifying the interpreter name, the
default interpreter used is the first interpreter in the group. We want to let
the user choose what interpreter used in such cases, via the setting
'zeppelin.default.interpreter'.
