Mailing list mentions `maven 3.1.0` regarding to some compatibility issues
with
[eirslett/frontend-maven-plugin](https://github.com/eirslett/frontend-maven-plugin)

JIRA issue does not mention maven version.
Still not clean why maven 3.3.x is required (although I also have trouble
once, building with maven 3.2.x)
