As @felixcheung mentioned, there were couple of attempt.
This patch renames existing postgresql to jdbc. So if renaming does not
bring big problem, I think it can be a basement and starting point to do all
the things discussed in previous attempt.
What do you think? will rename postgresql to jdbc make some problem?
