When a new note is created using Notebook + Create New Note, the newly created
note just appears in the list of note.
As a user, now I need to find this new note and navigate to it. With
auto-assigned names finding the note that just got created requires one to
click around till you find a new note.
However in editors, the common paradigm is when you create a new file, that
file is in the window in edit state.
