Oh, i misunderstood how ZEPPELIN_CLASSPATH is being populated @radekg
you're right.
Then `ZEPPELIN_CLASSPATH` will append and `CLASSPATH_OVERRIDES` will
prepend classpath to `CLASSPATH`. Do you think we need both?
