    I like the idea, it will improve user experience a lot.
    
    I found there are few things need to be handled.
    There 3 different look&feel mode in Zeppelin which are `default`, `simple`, 
`report`.
    After this PR paragraph's button group overlaps paragraph border in 
`simple` mode.

    And in `report` mode Zeppelin doesn't have ability to add new paragraph, so 
it will be better to disable this feature for consistency.
