Hello.

There is no way getting the interpreter uniq-id from REST API.
(https://zeppelin.incubator.apache.org/docs/0.5.5-incubating/rest-api/rest-interpreter.html)

So I would like to add interpreter id to get interpreter REST API.
Is this feature helpful for users?
