As an user, I'd like to specify where notebooks are located, since I would like
to keep them under version control, but as part of my own projects, satisfying
my own needs.
Chances are that I will have several folders full of notebooks, one folder per
project or applicability.
The current way of keeping notebooks under a single location, named with random
names is far from ideal.
