As far as I understand, curent Hive and Jdbc interpreters have logic to parse
parameters provided after their magic keyword (%hive, or %jdbc).
It would be good to have a generic common way of passing parameters on
paragraph run which could be reused by all interpreters.
Format can be discussed: json is attractive as it support multiple nested key
with easy parsing - maybe replaceing the { with ( for user convenience.
