@Moon, I think I have missed the vote cancellation message "[CANCEL] [VOTE]
Graduate ...", could you post a link from archives to that one?

Is there a reason not to have a separate thread (i.e subj:"[VOTE] Graduate
Zeppelin from the Incubator \w Charter") for the second vote with the
charter?
I'm a bit afraid that now counting will be super-hard, as well as providing
a link to archive to a particular vote.
