Re: Clean up the sandbox

Added two commits to the cleanup branch:
- use Qi4j 1.4.1
- use Qi4j 2.0

Only library/beans took me some time to port to 2.0, others were trivial.

Waiting for feedback on "non-working" projects before going further.

Time for a beer
