Neo4j has been released, since we can't get a clarification and license
agreement from Neo Technology, who made the contribution in the first place
(under ALv2). Additionally, the library and extension was depending on a rather
older version of Neo4j, and it is unclear about the licensing requirements if
non-Neo Technology personnel does a major upgrade.
