If I create Entity A, and in its LifeCycle.create() method I try to create an
Entity B that needs an association to Entity A, Entity A is not visible to the
creation process within the EntityBuilder.
However, if the Entity B is first created, and then Entity A is assigned to
Entity B, that works. This however, introduces a lot of @Optional in
aggregates, when they shouldn't be.
