Niclas Hedhman closed ZEST-130.
-------------------------------
    Resolution: Won't Fix

Quartz is incredibly tightly coupled to an SQL backend, and the hooks to a
custom store are not generic enough to allow Quartz scheduler to easily be
implemented.

The effort is too immense, and I say that after spending several days on trying
to sort it out.

> The Scheduler library is both limited as well as riddled with concurrency
> issues. By integrating Quartz Scheduler, we should be able to solve a lot of
> these issues, and get a cleaner design.
