Flavio, would you mind leading this effort? I believe there is a conversion
tool, so you should be able to automate much of this.
You might also investigate what the other teams (hbase/avro/pig/hive...) have
done wrt to this move (from sub to tlp). Do we delete the old pages? Truncate
the old pages to just be links to the converted pages... basically what do we
do here such the existing bookmarks/search/links/etc... continue to work.
