zookeeper.apache.org is mostly done. there are a couple of remaining tasks:
1) convert doc to textile. i think i have a handle on that.
2) add missing pages to the site. specifically: releases, news, credits,
privacy. i think we should remove privacy, since it isn't really
something we control. i think we should also add bylaws. do you mind
taking this pat?
3) we need to vote on the bylaws. i put up a proposal here:

i don't think anyone raised any issues.
