We do have hardware at apache on hudson: https://hudson.apache.org/hudson/computer/windows1/ "Slave windows1 (Windows 2008 Server build server (hudson-win.apache.org))" I'd suggest that you contribute the changes and then the community can work on refactoring/changing the tests to verify windows in addition to current unix support. I'm assuming that the changes you have made will fit into this model - ie that the existing tests still pass on unix. What are you doing for build env? Native VS project files?
