With 4 +1, no -1, and one abstention the vote passes. I have posted the final version of the bylaws to the web site http://zookeeper.apache.org/bylaws.html I only changed the formatting (links/table/etc...) to convert from confluence to textile, otw the content is unchanged. Note that the source version of this page is now under svn. The old "proposal" page still exists however I made it viewable only by zookeeper committers.
