Thomas Koch commented on ZOOKEEPER-1053:
----------------------------------------

Hi,

I don't understand your problem. I've been using the PurgeTxnLog.java class in
the Debian packaging of ZK with absolute paths and it worked. I also reviewed
the code in PurgeTxnLog.java and found that it should work perfectly with
absolute paths.

Is this really a bug or can it be closed?

Regards, Thomas Koch

> PurgeTxnLog only works on relative path for the data and the snapshot
> directory. It should support absolute paths too.
