I tested ant tar on my machine and it works. The patch file processed by
jenkins does not contain binary files. Since I added icons, these won't end up
in the tested workspace and the ant tar target fails since it does not find the
folder with the icons.
The attached icons.tar.gz must be commited below src/contrib/zooinspector/src.
So that we get
src/contrib/zooinspector/src/main/resources/icons/Tango/...
