I've attached a new patch with the asynchronous call and a mechanism to queue
local callbacks on the event thread, which could also be used in ZOOKEEPER-847.
Vitalii, I don't understand why would we need to keep track of the watcher
group's state (normal/deleting/creating), could you explain?
