Currently the ZKDataBase, ZooKeeperServer and SessionTrackers hold references
to the same map, called sessionsWithTimeouts everywhere. That's very confusing.
It is possible to have the reference only in the SessionTrackers and take it
from there if it should ever be needed outside.
