So my problem - using async adds. That is why LedgerHandle.readLastConfirmed
returns 0.
In fact, as I understand, it is not correct anyway. It should be -1 in this
case (everybookie returned -1) ...
For my particular problem - will try to to send empty messages periodically
just to maintain
