Thanks for your quick reply.

We are writing a clustering implementation for Apace Axis2 on-top of
Zookeeper. So we want to start a cluster of nodes through java code. lets
say we know all the ports and IP address of the nodes that need to be
created. can we start a cluster through java API without manually creating
the config files.
