Zookeeper's client library has a strong guarantee about the ordering of watch
event. For example, Java Doc on getData() said that a watch is registered only
if the call returns without exception. So the library won't register the path
as an active watch on the client side until getData() response return from the
server. If the watch event arrives before getData() response, the library will
ignore the watch event, causing the application to miss the watch.
