Seems to me there is no other exposed API to check if SASL is set instead of
the getAppConfigurationEntry. The IllegalArgumentException is thrown from BEA
com.bea.common.security.jdkutils.JAASConfiguration.getAppConfigurationEntry
code. In other words, if other third party code decides to throw different
exceptions then we have to fix the same issue again.
