Attachment: ZOOKEEPER-1771-3.4.patch
Adds 2 fields in the connection window for authentication scheme and
authentication data.
This patch also removes the licensing comments in the .cfg files where the
viewers and the connection info are saved to match trunk. Such comments are not
supported by the parser which produces an error at startup and prevents from
viewing the node data/acls/metadata.
