Germán Blanco commented on ZOOKEEPER-1777:
------------------------------------------

I have noticed that ZOOKEEPER-1413 does solve part of the issues included here.
E.g. ZOOKEEPER-1413 solves the inconsistencies when joining an ensemble with a
lower epoch (instead of the current behavior in branch 3.4, which is an
infinite loop in the leader and the joining server).
Any chances to consider ZOOKEEPER-1413 a bug fix instead of an improvement and
include it in the 3.4 branch?

> In a 3-servers ensemble, one of the followers doesn't see part of the
> ephemeral nodes that are present in the leader and the other follower.
> The 8 missing nodes in "the follower that is not ok" were created in the end
> of epoch 1, the ensemble is running in epoch 2.
