Thanks [~bhavanki] . I've opened a new JIRA ticket and attached a patch that
backs out the line endings for SVN and includes your gitattributes changes for
*.vcxproj and *.vcproj.filters. The goal being to fix upstream in SVN and have
that ripple through to the Apache git repo.
