Attaching ZOOKEEPER-1346.9.patch, which is the up-to-date patch reviewed under
https://reviews.apache.org/r/23259/.
Note that the patch does not include updates to the docs that Forrest
generates, but only to the Docbook XML source. I can include the generated docs
if needed.
