Let me rephrase my question:
Basically, the servers created by QuorumUtil are storing literal ("localhost")
instead of numeric ("127.0.0.1") IP addresses in CONFIG_ZNODE. I tried setting
up servers from zoo.cfg and do "config" in Cli and it returns numberic IP. So
it might be QuorumUtil or QuorumPeer's problem.
